For a records enquiry, please include the surname, any given names, and an approximate year — even to the nearest decade. It makes a real difference to the search.

We use what you send us only to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to update the cemetery register. We do not share it with anyone else. See our privacy notice.

If you are arranging a funeral right now

Please ask your funeral director to contact the cemetery directly. They do this every week, they know what paperwork we need, and it is one fewer thing for you to carry. Everything can be arranged through them.

If you are handling arrangements yourself, telephone if you can. Burials have to be scheduled around the contractor who performs them, and a rural cemetery cannot always manage a next-day request.

A volunteer trustee will walk you through lot selection, fees and paperwork. There is no charge to ask.
